Welcome

My name is Josalyn and I love to study the gospel. After getting lots of good feedback about my teaching I started this blog. I fully realize that what makes me good at teaching will not translate to the blog but my analog notebooks are getting out of hand and I'd love for a way to make my random thoughts and the quotes I jot down searchable.

The title comes from President Nelson's October 2015 General Conference address entitled "A Plea to My Sisters" and was requoted by Sister Oscarson a year later in the General Women's Session.

"We need women who have a bedrock understanding of the doctrine of Christ and who will use that understanding to teach and help raise a sin-resistant generation.12 We need women who can detect deception in all of its forms. We need women who know how to access the power that God makes available to covenant keepers and who express their beliefs with confidence and charity. We need women who have the courage and vision of our Mother Eve."
